Before you can use Xerox® Connect App for Remark Test Grading, you must have an active Remark Cloud Account with the Xerox® Connector enabled. If you are a new or existing customer of Gravic and are using the app for the first time, you must contact Gravic to have the connector turned on, as it is not enabled by default. To do so, email Gravic at sales@gravic.com.
