Why does a black keyboard automatically appear when I try to add a new user?


A black keyboard appears when the VersaLink device that the app is running on requires a firmware update.

When it appears, you can continue to use the app by touching the Close Keyboard button on the lower right hand side of the keyboard, beside the Enter button.

To fix this issue, you will need to update the device’s firmware. Please contact your System Administrator to do so.

Keyboard firmware issue
